Information about us and how to contact us

How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provided to us in your order.

Our contract with you

How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when you complete the checkout process and pay for your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

If we cannot proceed with your order. If we are unable to proceed with your order, we will inform you of this and will offer you a full refund for the product or a similar replacement. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because (if applicable) a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product.

Delay in Production. We will only commit to “estimated date of arrival” to customer. In the event such dates are inaccurate due to some unforeseen circumstances and/or acts of God, We will not be liable to customer for any liquidated, incidental or consequential damages and/or remedies whatsoever.

Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

Warranty and Aftercare. 12 months warranty is applicable for all products.

Our products

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because some of our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website may vary slightly.

For all products made from natural materials, such as epoxy, textile or wood, it is not possible to guarantee the Goods supplied will have the same colour, shade and pattern or finish as shown on the website, due to the inherent nature of such materials. Also, we cannot guarantee to match products exactly which have been ordered at different times.

For some plastic products bubbles and moulding marks are part of the production process and are not to be deemed defective in any way.

Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.

Making sure your measurements are accurate. You are responsible for ensuring the items you purchase are able to fit in to the space you intend them for, or if we make a custom built item to measurements you are providing, you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct. If you are unsure, we recommend you contact us for guidance before you order.

Sale of Goods. Goods ordered and/or sold are not exchangeable/returnable.

Cancellation of Goods. Any cancellation of goods ordered will result in forfeiture of 100% payment paid.


Lead time. Within 7 working days from date of purchase.


Delivery timing. Mon – Sat, Between 9.30am – 5.30pm. All deliveries shall be arranged at the earliest available delivery date/time. Our delivery team will be in touch with you with 3 working days from date of purchase for delivery arrangement.
