These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and purchase of products from C&R Interiors Pte Ltd (“C&R Interiors,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Contracts
- A binding contract is formed once you complete the checkout process and payment is confirmed.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing error, or resource limitation), we will notify you and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
- You will receive an order number for reference in any correspondence.
3. Product Information
- Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colors, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly due to device display differences or the natural variation in materials.
- For natural materials (e.g., wood, fabric, epoxy), variations in color, grain, or finish are expected and not deemed defects.
- Handcrafted products may differ slightly in size and pattern.
- Minor marks or bubbles in plastic items are inherent to the production process and not considered faults.
4. Custom Orders and Measurements
You are responsible for ensuring all measurements provided for custom-built items are accurate and suitable for your space. If uncertain, please contact our team for assistance prior to purchase.
5. Warranty and Aftercare
All C&R Interiors products include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- Order cancellations after payment confirmation will result in 100% forfeiture of the total payment.
- Refunds are only provided in the event of product unavailability or company error.
7. Delivery Terms
- Lead Time: Typically within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
- Delivery Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Our team will contact you within 3 working days of purchase to confirm delivery arrangements.
- C&R Interiors shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (including natural disasters, supplier issues, or transportation delays).
8. Limitation of Liability
C&R Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunities, arising out of product use or delivery delays.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
10. Amendments
C&R Interiors reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
