The framed version is design to meet the demands of functional scenes and high-noise
environments, and adopts 5+1.52+5 non-equivalent thickness laminated structural glass,
which improves the safety of glass, calmly reduces the amplitude effect of glass,
and improves the sound insulation performance of the glass.

DAMPING FEET

Bearing capacity and damping coefficient are the basic data for designing vibration-damping products.
C&RSoundbox insists on the use of virgin rubber modified material for damping parts because such rubber
has much better damping coefficient and it is more durable. At the bottom of Soundbox Silence Booth,
there are four damping “feet” to support the booth. Thanks to the damping “feet”, the Silence Booth
is not standing on the floor directly; however, there is an 8mm gap between the bottom and floor. The
damping feet design makes it easier to adapt to different ground conditions. More importantly, 8mm gap is
specially designed for a movable booth. This gap is just good for our moving tool. Moving the Silence Booth
on the same floor is no longer an exhausting work!

CENTRIFUGAL

High air pressure and low noise centrifugal fan, and labyrinth type air ducts effectively
reduce the possibility of fugitive sound inside and outside the booth. With the 125m³/h
large air volume operation efficiency, air circulates every two minutes, and these ensure good oxygen content
and negative carbon dioxide pressure in the booth.

HYDRAULIC DOOR CLOSER

The tailor-made hydraulic door closer designed to guarantee the restriction, positioning
and closing of the hatch. The hydraulic closing design, together with the EPDM airtight
rubber strips maximize the airtight and soundproof performance of the booth.

SOUND INSULATION

INSUL MARSHALL ACOUSTIC

Acoustic simulation accurately displayed that by using superior sound insulation carbon plastic composite material, we can achieve easy installation and flexibility while assuring good sound insulation performance.

LIGHTING

The booth is equipped with the 4000K natural light color temperature LED central main lighting
system. But there will be different set-up fitting to various sizes, so as to ensure well performance
of different booth.

FASTENING SYSTEM

Our design philosophy has always emphasized on simplicity and minimalistic approach;
hence our whole model only utilizes 90°-degree fastener.

MOTION SENSOR

We care about energy saving and environment protection. C&RSoundbox Silence Booth is equipped
with motion sensor to control the lighting and ventilation system. It will be functioning when,
and only when you are inside the booth.
